Netball - Monday 28 October 8.45am-2pm

Includes athletic development, learning fundamental netball skills, attacking and defensive play and taking part in small-sided games

• 8.45am Arrival and registration at RHB Sports Hall 
• 9-11am Athletic development session (speed, power, agility)
• 11-11.45am Lunch
• 12-2pm Netball session 
• 2pm Pick from Sports Hall

Ideal for girls who enjoy being physically active, taking part in team sports, and want to learn new skills and experience match play. It is not necessary to have lots of experience in each discipline, just a passion and talent for sport. We want participants to leave feeling energised, fulfilled and having formed new friendships.

Girls will be split into small groups according to age and ability, so that everyone plays and learns at the right level and has an enjoyable day!
