Art Scholars collaborate for 44AD Gallery exhibition and Bath Abbey service
Senior School, Art
Key Stage 3 Art Scholars collaboratively produced a personal and creative painting and collage in response to the theme ‘Tomorrow to be Brave’, as part of the 44AD Gallery exhibition and service at Bath Abbey which acknowledged the bravery of 12 courageous women who had played a part in the war effort. They celebrated the bravery of Kalyani Sen by choosing a Bengal Tiger wrapped around her as a symbol of her bravery as the first WRIN to come to the UK in the Second World War at the age of 28.
