Anti-Bullying Ambassadors Lead Pride History Month
Senior School
During Pride History Month, our school community came together to celebrate diversity and inclusion, led by our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors. Students were tasked with decorating their form doors, each inspired by an LGBTQ figure from STEM. From Alan Turing to Sally Ride, these figures served as inspirations for meaningful conversations.
Hannah Morton, Senior Teaching Pastoral, emphasized the importance of student involvement, stating, "It's crucial that all students take part in events like these. By recognizing LGBTQ figures in STEM, we underscore the importance of diversity in all aspects of life."
The enthusiasm and creativity displayed by the students were remarkable. Each door became a canvas for expression, adorned with symbols and representations. In recognition of their efforts, the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors announced a sweet incentive for winning forms - a token of appreciation for promoting inclusivity and acceptance.
