Congratulation to Erin
Erin, Year 8 has been awarded Bronze level at her Junior Lawyers Club!
Formal in nature, Erin had to write a speech proposing a new law, as if she was talking to a gathered group of MPs. She wanted to lower the age of voting rights to include those below the age of 18, allowing them a say in policies such as the environment and climate change, which she is very passionate about. She used a mind map to engage the audience and then had to submit a 250-word essay on how this law would be introduced.
