Winners of the 2023 Friends Awards announced

We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2023 Friends Awards.

Every year the Friends of RHSB invite students from years 12 and 13 to apply for the Friends Education Awards, providing funding for courses, trips, projects and initiatives that sixth formers would like to undertake, furthering their career aspirations.

This year’s winners are:

• Juliette in Year 13 has won £500 towards taking part in an archaeological dig in Greece with the Helike Project
• Amber in Year 13 has won £1000 towards 4 weeks volunteering in Peru, teaching English in deprived areas.
• Pelagia in Year 12 has won £1000 towards Medical Summer School, on her path towards working in medicine.
