GDST Talks
Expert voices
During the midst of the pandemic last year, GDST launched a series of online seminars for their community of parents and alumnae to address topical issues in girls’ education. Each event is hosted by an expert in their area and aims to offer practical guidance to parents on how they can support their child through these uncertain times to improve their wellbeing and development, and better prepare them for the future. Previous events so far have spanned diverse topics such as supporting your child’s mental health, how to speak to your child about racism, encouraging healthy eating habits and using social media.
Amy Bouchier, Director of Marketing, Communications & Philanthropy at GDST, commented, “We are very proud to be presenting some truly impressive and accomplished speakers to discuss some of the most pressing issues of the day and share their expertise on how to support the development of our GDST students.”
At GDST, we understand the crucial role that we all play in educating our girls through developing core life skills and promoting a culture of wellbeing, so they grow up to be empowered global citizens. We therefore welcome the parent and alumnae community of Royal High School Bath, to take advantage of these expert talks to learn how you can proactively support yourselves and your daughter to respond to a changing world now and in the future.
