18 students from Royal High School Bath have taken part in the Royal Commonwealth Society Bath Young Artists’ Prize and Exhibition.

The Royal Commonwealth Society Bath and District Branch partnered with the 44AD artspace in Bath to launch the competition. The pieces submitted for the exhibition needed to fit with the chosen theme of Hope and Humanity in the Commonwealth.

Artworks will be exhibited at 44AD in Bath with a selection of works going on display at Art at the Heart of the RUH and then touring to The Royal Bath & West Show for the jubilee celebrations.

The launch event is being held on Thursday 3 March 2022 (6pm - 8pm) where winners will be announced. Following this, a prize giving ceremony will take place with Michael Eavis at 44AD Artspace on 13 March at 4:30pm.

The Hope and Humanity (in the Commonwealth) exhibition is on display from 04 - 14 March and will be open to the public with free admission from 12pm - 5pm (Sun 1pm - 4pm).
