Celebrating our global community with our International Gala

A standout event of the Autumn term is our yearly International Gala, a celebration of the rich global tapestry at Royal High School Bath, which comprises students from over 25 different nationalities.

Our international students, together with Miss Cheers, Head of International Students, crafted a program featuring songs, music, dance, poetry, with the grand finale of the international catwalk. 

Throughout the event, students and staff had the opportunity to explore a diverse array of stalls organised by students to exhibit the unique traditions and cuisines of their selected countries. The food was not only visually appealing but also tasted great, and everyone present relished the chance to taste the various dishes and delectable snacks available. 

This was an exceptional way for our students to discover different cultures, sparking engaging conversations and encouraging them to embrace and appreciate diversity within their school community. 

The event was orchestrated by students, and it was inspiring to see the dedication and attention to detail they invested in representing their respective countries and cultures. A heartfelt thank you goes to our International Students Committee and Miss Cheers, our Head of International Students, for their dedication and support in bringing this event to fruition.
