Prep School girls shine at Children's Literature Festival

Royal High School Bath was delighted to sponsor Cressida Cowell's event at the Bath Children's Literature Festival on 24 September.
Cressida Cowell is a world renowned children's author famous for her popular series, 'How to train your dragon', which was made into a film in 2010.
The Prep School took a small group of Year 6 students to enjoy the event and two students, Avril and Mia, were lucky enough to meet Cressida in person to get their books signed as well as introduce her on stage. They did a fantastic job speaking on stage to over 800 other school children from the local area.
The girls thoroughly enjoyed the event and loved hearing about Cressida's inspiration for her dragon series as well as why she chose to write about magic in her new series, The Wizards of Once.
