On Sunday, Amelia competed in the J16 coxless quads, sitting in bow, and we came 15th out of 23, missing 12th by seven seconds, over 2k.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, Liv competed at the Monmouth City regatta and came 2nd in her single and double out of four crews. She was the youngest competitor of the day.
