Year 1 and Year 2's frosty photography
Art, Prep
“ As we explored the grounds, the girls were encouraged to look at the familiar in an unfamiliar way. They were delighted with how different the frost made everything look and came up with lots of different angles and ways to capture all the things they could see.”
We are fortunate to 11 acres of beautiful grounds at our Prep School in the heart of Weston village so it is hardly a surprise to learn that our girls are out and about exploring and learning outside most days. Last Friday, our Year 1 and Year 2 pupils made the most of the frosty weather and took to the grounds with cameras. As we explored the grounds, the girls were encouraged to look at the familiar in an unfamiliar way. They were delighted with how different the frost made everything look and came up with lots of different angles and ways to capture all the things they could see.
We love how creative they were and the photos are great mementoes of a really fun and frosty outdoor session just before we break up for the holidays.
